Alexander Siffrin
CEOAlexander Siffrin was born in 1976 in Saarbrücken, Germany. From 1983 to 1986 he went to the school of the German embassy in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia. In the year 1987 he moved back to Germany and attended the grammar school "Gymnasium Schloß Hagerhof" in Bad Honnef/ Rhein. From 1992 to 1995 Alexander Siffrin lived in La Paz, Bolivia and finished the school „Colegio Mariscal Braun“ with the general qualification for university entrance in 1995. From 1996 to 2001 he studied physics and computer science at the University of the Saarland. The foundation of Key-Systems GbR took place in October 1998 during his academic studies.

Thorsten Smeets
COOThorsten Smeets was born in 1977 in Neunkirchen/Saar, Germany. After having passed his final secondary-school examinations, he studied business economics at the University of cooperative education of the Saarland. He finished his studies with the Diploma Degree in Business Administration in 2001. In 2007 he graduated at the University of Trier in the subject media and marketing. In 2006 he was awarded with the „Certificate in International Journalism" at the Hamline University in St. Paul. Further steps in his professional career were positions in the marketing area at the Karlsberg brewery and one year with the advertising agency HDW in Saarbrücken.

Bonnie Wittenburg
Executive Vice President, USBonnie was born in Washington, DC and resides in Northern Virginia. She has been involved in the domain name industry since 1999. She began with the idNames group that became part of Network Solutions and which was acquired by Verisign in 2000. Bonnie then joined Iron Mountain in 2004 where she managed domain portfolios for some of the world most recognized brand holders. Her expert knowledge and passion for the domain business is well respected in the industry. In 2009 she has joined Key-Systems.

Andreas Soll
BrandShelter Product ManagerAndreas Soll was born in Lich, Germany and grew up near Frankfurt am Main in Bad Nauheim. He has been involved in the domain business since 1999 and began his career in the work areas sales and support with Internet-Solutions GmbH. 2003 he went abroad for several years and worked in the position of a Sales Manager for a Micropayment company in Spain / Mallorca. After having worked two years for one of the largest Internet Service Providers in Germany, Andreas joined Key-Systems in 2007.

Volker Greimann
Legal CounselVolker Greimann was born in 1974 in Niebüll and went to school in Germany and the Netherlands (AFCENT International School). He studied law at the University of Trier from 1995 to 2000 and took courses in Japanese Studies. From 2001 to 2003 he stayed abroad in Japan for studying and working with a scholarship of the DAAD . Subsequent he took traineeships until 2005 at the appellate court of Koblenz and at Haarmann, Hemmelrath and Partner, Tokyo Office. Before he became chief of the legal departement of Key-Systems GmbH, Volker Greimann acted in the fields of Media and licensing law in Japan at Tokyo Broadcasting System (TBS) and at D-Visual.

Jessica Pfeiffer
Human ResourcesJessica Pfeiffer was born in 1978 in Saarbrücken and passed the general qualification for university entrance in 1998. After having finished her vocational education as a travel agent, she studied tourism and business administration at the University of Heilbronn from 2002 to 2006. During her studies she stayed abroad for six months in Vancouver/ Canada and took an internship at Venue West Conference Services Ltd. In 2007 she joined Key-Systems GmbH and since 2008 she is chief of the Human Resources Department.
