Sunrise for Second-Level Domain Names under .PA (Panama)

NIC-Panama, the registry for .PA (Panama) domains, has started a domain Sunrise for second-level domains.

The registration during Sunrise is possible for users who registered a third-level .PA domain before January 31, 2012. They may register the corresponding domain name under .PA.
Until now, you could only register domains under the second-level extensions .NET.PA (reserved for isps), .COM.PA (for companies), .AC.PA, .SLD.PA, .GOB.PA, .EDU.PA, .ORG.PA, .ABO.PA, .ING.PA, .MED.PA and .NOM.PA. The end of the sunrise period will be shown on the news area on the website www.nic.pa. New customers (without third-level .PA domains) will presumably be able to register second-level .PA domains as of midyear.
