Premium domain name changes

Summary of some premium name inventory and/or price changes:

.fans premium domain list will be updated on May 1, 2020: Domains will be added to the premium list OR moved across premium tiers.
.berlin premium domain list will be updated effective May 1, 2020 (00:01 UTC): Addition of most 2-character domain names, deletion of most 3- and 4-character domain names, price reduction for some premium domain names
.hamburg premium domain list will be updated effective May 15, 2020 (00:01 UTC): Addition of most 2-character domain names, price reduction for some premium domain names, reduction to 5 tiers
.art registry will release an additional 9000+ premium, and heretofore reserved, domains on May 12, 2020 (14:00 UTC)
